Chesapeakes and Blue Points, shucked to order and served on ice. Take them as a platter at your table, or do it the way we'd suggest — at the marble bar, with a martini the bartender builds to match. Ask for the Kentuckyfellers: spinach, Kentucky ham and parmesan, and the only ones like it in Louisville.
